I grabbed one of my favorite books for this task:

Cloud Atlas - David Mitchell

A) Will I read all the books on my TBR? (page 378, line 29)

Mr. Meeks´s role was that of a black Labrador´s in a long-lived marriage, after the kids have left home.

I guess that´s a no.

B) Will any of my 2019 reads be 5 stars? (page 227, line 31)

Two one-way glasses walls afforded a dizzying view of the conurb, obscured by the haze-brite snowfall.

Wow, this is ... vague. This must be what it feels like to sit in one of Sibyl Trelawneys devination classes.

C) Will I discover a new favorite book / author / series? (page 309, line 23)

´Cross the room Meronym was speakin´ thru´ her orison to that sternsome Prescient what´d catched me sivvyin´ thru Meronym´s gear that first time.

He caught me looking for a something to read, so I count this as a big yes.

D) Will I discover that a major twist (hopefully, for the [even] better) has occurred in one of my favorite series? (page 459, line 16)

One encounters buffoons like Orford at Balliol, who wear an air of deprivation that that the war ended before they had a chance to show their mettle.

???

E) Will I finish all of my reading challenges in 2019?  (page 69, line 7)

Really, Sixsmith, you should try to enjoy love-making in total silence.

?????????????????? Okay, this is getting obscure.

F) Will I stay within my book budget in 2019? (page 98, line 5)

"Because if there´s one thing worse than you jumping the gap once, it´d be you jumping the gap again when you couldn´t get in."

Or as I like to see it: If there is one thing worse than buying a lot of books, it´s to buy only one book. I never had a book budget and I probably never will have one. If I want to buy a book and I have the means to do it, I´m doing it.
