Honestly, everyone who has been born a Penhallow is vile, selfinvolved and petty. And old Penhallow has just allienated his wife and his daughter in law over a glass of claret at 11 o´clock in the morning.
This book is oddly entertaining so far. Apparently, books with horrible families in it are the right books for me. Whatever this says about me.
