It´s finally Saturday night and a very long work week is finally over. A huge workload and being understaffed really has taken its toll on me. Today at work, from one moment to the other, I was completely exhausted. Honestly, all the energy is drained from me.
So the only thing I will be doing on Sunday, after getting a good night of sleep, is to read the heck out of my books. I´m planning on finishing up at least Seven Dead, which I really got into while reading it before work. And then I had to go to work ... drat! Really enjoying this book so far.
And I will try to finish Beloved. On page 60 I wasn´t sure if I should DNF it or not. But all of a sudden I was sucked into this story and even though the narrative style of this book isn´t my favorite thing, it´s a mesmerizing read.
And I might read / listen a little bit further in both The ABC Murders and Pyramids, these two books aren´t my priorities, though.
